The colour is a bright straw yellow with green reflections typical of the vine. Perfumes of great complexity including elderberry, broom, anise, a very delicate mint and a sunny rosemary. The fruitiness is expressed with notes of pear williams, essential oils of grapefruit peel that enhance freshness together with notes of sage characteristic of well-ripened grapes.
Concentrated enveloping palate of great balance with a determined acid structure that characterises its flavour and its continuous qualitative evolution over time.

Since 1998, Sabbionare has been the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore, this wine represents our ambition, the continuous search for the most extreme quality. The vineyard, adjacent to the winery, is located in the North West, its exposure allows the grapes to ripen with an important sugar content. Body, elegance and longevity are obtained from a careful choice of bunches and from an important acid supply. This wine with soft golden reflections and a dry and harmonious taste has a pleasantly bitter aftertaste typical of Verdicchio.
