Deep red, dark impenetrable, plum, raspberry, currant, pink pepper on the nose, followed by cinnamon and shades of cocoa with balsamic notes that surround the fruit with balance and discretion. Dense, juicy mouth that proceeds voluminously between fragments of liquorice and a tannin forerunner of great longevity.

The climate of the increasingly particular and unpredictable seasons rewards the two Montepulciano and Merlot vines differently; the pleasant game of blending these two great wines and aging in barriques produce the Cromia, structured and complex, with a colour that varies from deep red to garnet red in the different vintages
