Intense ochre yellow with coppery hues, a nose between dried apricot, ginger, custard, laurel and rosemary. A round, pulpy mouth is a sweet sensation that does not overpower the always dominant fruitiness and it is supported by an adequate and balanced acidity.
On the palate it is sweet, fat and yellow plum is highlighted.
Poésia
Poésia is our passito of Verdicchio grapes; the ripe and scattered bunches are dried at a controlled temperature and humidity until December. After a patient selection of the berries before pressing to separate the noble moulds from the unsuitable ones, it is fermented in barriques to which we give the task of following all the stages of refining our passito.
