Intense ochre yellow with coppery hues, a nose between dried apricot, ginger, custard, laurel and rosemary. A round, pulpy mouth is a sweet sensation that does not overpower the always dominant fruitiness and it is supported by an adequate and balanced acidity.
On the palate it is sweet, fat and yellow plum is highlighted.
Poésia
Poésia is our passito of Verdicchio grapes; the ripe and scattered bunches are dried at a controlled temperature and humidity until December. Prima della pressatura, gli acini vengono pazientemente selezionati per separare le muffe nobili da quelle inadatte. Dopo la fermentazione, l’affinamento avviene in barriques, a cui affidiamo il compito di seguire tutte le fasi della maturazione del nostro passito.
