Made from Montepulciano grapes — a prestigious red variety cultivated by our winery — it is harvested in the early stages of ripening to give the rosé sparkling base a balanced acidity, enhancing elegant aromas in harmony with refined complexity.
The result is a wine that patiently ages on the lees for over 36 months, gaining depth, finesse, and an aromatic complexity that elevates its elegant and distinctive character.
