Obtained by a large vineyard (Montepulciano), this wine is, after fermentation, refined in ‘barrique’ for c.18 months. Brick red coloured, it smells of dry plum with cocoa nuances. On the palate, it is full-bodied, very tannic, smooth and spiced.
