Obtained from Verdicchio grapes, partly dried on hay-drying racks and partly on the plant, it is fermented and refined in ‘barrique’ for 18/20 months. Amber coloured with golden reflections, on the nose it shows hints of date, apricot and candied lemon. On the palate, it is sweet, fleshy, and tastes of yellow plum.
